We take the buying of our fish very seriously.

Back in February 2006, Pete & Sue at their original chippy the Harbour Lights in Falmouth made a commitment to their customers to responsibly source all fish that it served. If there was any doubt, the fish species was removed from the menu. That ethos has continued at Frasers so all our valued customers are free to tuck into any fish on our menu totally guilt free.
